Shawn Michael Hopkins. May 3rd, 1978 - June 8th, 2026. Shawn passed in Omaha, NE Private family burial will be held at a later date.

Shawn was a beloved son, brother, uncle, family member, and friend.

Shawn had a special love for his nieces, who brought him immense joy and happiness. He cherished every moment spent with them and held a special place in their hearts.

He had a deep appreciation for Ireland, its beauty, culture, and heritage. Whether sharing stories, dreaming of visiting again, celebrating Irish traditions, or enjoying a pint of Guinness with family and friends, Ireland always held a special meaning for him.

Shawn was preceded in death by his mother Jeanne Hopkins and uncle Scott Konvalin along with Grandparents, whom he is now reunited with.

He is survived by his brother Brian Hopkins, sister-in-law Lisa Hopkins, his beloved nieces, Mallorie and Kinlie Hopkins, of Fort Collins, CO and extended family, and many dear friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

Memorial are suggested to Brian Hopkins, to help cover the costs of his cremation and to bring him to Colorado, where he will be laid to rest alongside his beloved mother.
