Russell was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Pat (McIntyre) Partusch; brother, Chris Partusch; brother-in-law, Tom Butcher; nephew, Todd Partusch.

He is survived by his daughter, Lindsey Partusch (Ray Dailey); step brother to Lindsey, Jahren; ex-wife/dear friend, Shelly Partusch; siblings, Len (Diane) Partusch, Dave Partusch, Steve (Cathy) Partusch, Ann Butcher, Gary (Jamie) Partusch, Susie (Rob) Butcher; grandchildren, Cameron Martens and Jacob Swotek; many nieces, nephews and friends.
