Obituary

Lillith Dale Chappell

October 19, 2001 – August 18, 2026

Lillith Dale Chappell, 24, passed away unexpectedly on August 18, 2026, in Nebraska. Her hometown, where she was born and raised is Pueblo, Colorado.

Lillith was a deeply loved daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. In her 24 years, she touched lives and created memories that will continue to be cherished by the people who loved her most.

Lillith had a spirit that was entirely her own. She loved fiercely, felt deeply, and could turn ordinary moments into stories her family and friends will tell for years to come. She was funny, strong, sensitive, and completely Lillith.

Lillith was preceded in death by her grandmother, Clare Cole.

She was the beloved daughter of Michelle Chappell and Zachary (Natasha) Chappell, and the cherished sister of Margaret and Jonah. She is survived by her grandparents Dennis (Angelika) Chappell, Marilyn Chappell, and Alvin (Brenda) Cole; her special aunt Tirza (Ryan); five nephews whom she adored; many cousins; and many great-aunts and great-uncles who loved her dearly. She also leaves behind her special friends Alex and Elizabeth, whose friendship and love were important parts of her life.

Her family and friends will remember the things that made Lillith uniquely herself; the inside jokes, adventures, laughter, conversations, ridiculous moments, and the seemingly ordinary memories that now mean everything.

Lillith was a whole person with dreams, humor, opinions, stories, and a life that cannot be summed up in a few paragraphs. Twenty-four years was not nearly enough time, but the love she gave and the memories she created will remain.

She was here.

She was loved.

She mattered.

Her family and friends will carry her stories, speak her name, laugh at the memories, and love her for the rest of their lives.
