Edom J. Marshall III, born on April 23, 1964, passed away on July 8, 2024. Edom was a dedicated and decorated member of the United States Air Force, serving his country with honor and distinction.

Throughout his illustrious career, Edom was awarded numerous decorations, medals, badges, citations, and campaign ribbons, including:

Meritorious Service Medal with 4 oak leaf clusters
Air Force Commendation Medal with 1 oak leaf cluster
Air Force Achievement Medal
Meritorious Unit Award with 6 oak leaf clusters
Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with Valor Device with 4 oak leaf clusters

Edom's commitment to excellence was evident in his extensive military education. His dedication to his country and his exemplary service will be remembered by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of bravery, leadership, and unwavering commitment to duty.

Edom is preceded in death by his parents Edom Marshall Jr. and Fatima Grisby; sister, Felicia Freeman.

He is survived by his sister, Cynthia King; nieces and nephews, Aubrey Dudley, Ivry Dudley, Audrey Freeman, Jermaine Freeman; many other relatives and friends, who will cherish his memory and honor his service. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A Graveside service to honor Edom's life and service to his country will be held 12:30pm., August 14, 2024 at Omaha National Cemetery.
