Diane Coalson, 75, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away on January 23, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, adventure, and cherished memories.

Diane spent most of her life in the Houston and Tomball, Texas, area before moving to Omaha for her final years. She had a deep love for nature—finding joy in the beauty of the mountains, the serenity of snowfall, and the vibrant fields of Texas bluebonnets. Christmas was her favorite time of year, a season she filled with warmth, joy, and cherished traditions.

She was a devoted mother to her son, Geoffrey Coalson, and his wife, Megan Coalson, as well as her daughter, Julie Fuller, and her wife, Derrice Fuller. Her greatest joy was being "Mimi" to her beloved granddaughters, Fiona and Rosslynn Coalson, who adored her.

Diane is survived by her significant other, Mike Kindle, her former husband and father of her children, John Coalson, and beloved Aunt Bobbie (Barbara) Garner and many cherished Garner cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucretia and John Jones.

Her warmth, kindness, and holiday spirit will be deeply missed, but the love she shared will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Private family memorial will be held in Chappell Hill, Texas in April, with bluebonnets in full bloom.
